Mariella Hayward Cook

Mariella Hayward Cook was born in Italy where she studied art. She later became a pupil of the Veronese painter, Silvio Oliboni, who was famed for his figurative painting, in particular of the Second World War, and later Venetian landscapes. 

Although painting has been Mariella's greatest passion; she has been a broadcaster, television presenter and she still writes short stories.  After the death of her English husband, Mariella devoted her life to painting and now has a studio at her home in Hereford. 

Mariella has enjoyed successful exhibitions in the UK and Italy and is currently working on a series of floral watercolour compositions.
